Double Room - Central Chorlton

Hiii!

I'm looking for a new flatmate to move in mid-november roughly.

The area is a 2 min walk from chorlton tram stop and Morrisons, Tesco across the road, a bakery downstairs, and minutes walk from literally every bar and restaurant in Chorlton.

You'll be sharing with myself and my little dog Bonita, Bonnie, Bonondra (depends on the day) who is super chill and just wants cuddles and sleep and if you're offering, a bit of what you're eating! I'd be more than happy to live with another dog if they meet and get on (she loves other dogs so would be literally fine!) would also happily have a cat knocking about as she's great with them too.

The flat itself is modest, small and a bit janky honestly but I've lived here a long time and it is homely even if nothing special.

I'm a digital project manager so I work from home a lot, and am super busy at work! I am happy to live with others who also work from home too but I do have all my stuff set up in the living room, but myself and my last flatmate just took it in turns as to who has the most calls or a busier day, has worked great.

I'm both super sociable, and enjoy my own space - I'm often out on the weekends and most evenings, but am in the house for most of the day during the week.

I love to go to gigs and events and am generally up for a party but just... at someone elses house please! I prefer my living space to be a peaceful one and not the the afterparty!

Just looking for someone nice, clean, fun, sociable and easygoing!

Bills aren't included but usually come to roughly (I've rounded up)
Water: £23 each
Council Tax: £62 each
Electricity: Varies a little but usually about £40-50 each
Internet: £23 each
Rent: 375 each

With rent we're between £500-£550 per month!

Minimum tenancy is 6 months.

No couples please. The flats too small!
