The house is very homely and spacious and the room is made up with a comfy sofabed, desk and chest of drawers - plus under bed storage and other misc furnishings. The location is ideal - really close to bars / cafes etc but very quiet too.
I’m a working professional based at home and in the office hybrid. Looking for friendly, sociable people to share with who may need somewhere temporary for short term requirements for work or study. Cleanliness and respect for the room / house is a must.
