Room available in sociable house in Chorlton

Amazing double room available in a beaut Victorian terrace just off Beech Road in the heart of Chorlton. The house is a 10 minute walk away from Chorlton tram stop.

We are 3 people in our twenties (PJ, Damon, Sarah) in a sociable house share with the cutest cat. We hang out regularly and like to cook for each other too! We are looking for someone that is sociable, easy going and works hard in the week but likes to have a good time on the weekend. We are all into our music and have decks in the kitchen so an interest in electronic music is preferable but not essential. We are looking for another female housemate to make it an even split.

We have a huge cosy lounge and dining room, all fully furnished including Smart TV. The kitchen is kitted out with dishwasher and new appliances. The available room is unfurnished (please ignore furniture in the photos) so you can make it your own. There is the option of buying the mattress for cheap from the old housemate.

We also have a lovely garden which gets a lot of sunshine. There's two bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bath and the house has just been newly redecorated, floors newly varnished, new fridge etc.

We have a cat, Reggie, who is super cute and loves a cuddle. All we ask is that you give him a bit of love and attention, and feed him if you're up first in the morning.

Bills and broadband are not included in the rent, and our council tax is band c. All together this is approximately £100pcm on average and we try our best to keep bills to an absolute minimum. (Deposit does not need to be paid immediately as old housemate is happy to wait a little)
