Large Bedroom in 3 Bed Chorlton House

I am moving out of my 3 bed house in Chorlton, where I have been for the last two years. The house is in a great area, less than 5min walk to St. Werburghs tram stop, only a 10min walk to the centre of Chorlton, and about 15/20min walk to Beech Road. The immediate area feels very safe, and there is a real sense of community in Chorlton.

The two housemates staying, Sam(m/25) and James (m/29) are both super lovely, chilled out, open minded and accepting. I've known Sam for almost 6 years and James for 6 months and have loved living with both of them. I will try my best to make sure they are both at home for any viewings of the room.

The bedroom is on the ground floor and is very spacious. The large bay windows are south facing and let in a lot of light. The windows face out the front of the house, however there is a driveway so the windows are set back off of the street, offering some privacy. The house is offered unfurnished, however I will likely leave the desk and one of the sets of drawers for the new tenant.

The house itself comprises of one bedroom downstairs, a large living room/dining room, kitchen, downstairs WC, upstairs bathroom, and two bedrooms upstairs. There is a large garden with a patio and lots of lovely greenery, and also a driveway big enough for two cars.

- Rent is £483.33 each month
- Security deposit is £415
- Council tax (Band C) and bills come to roughly £125 per month
- The tenancy is only for 3months, ending on the 14th
September. However, we are currently on a rolling contract
so the move out date may be extended.
