3 Rooms available in a lovely Terraced House

Hi,

I'm looking for three new housemates to join me in a lovely terraced house in Chorlton at the start of August. The house is located around a 5-minute walk from Firswood Tram stop and a 10-minute walk to Chorlton Tram stop. There is also a bus stop a few minutes walk away. You can park on the street if needed.

There are three rooms available. All are doubles, but one is a box room (You can store stuff on the landing/storage under the stairs.) The landlord has said the rent will be £1600pm so around £400 each. Bills are not included. Council tax is around £40 per month (Would prefer people who are not exempt from council tax i. e. Professionals, Part time students etc) The landlord will be checking affordability (He will ask for 3 months worth of bank statements, any savings, pay slips to check income, a guarantor) and will need references. A deposit will also be required (likely between £400-£500)

There is a lovely living room with a large feature fireplace, a shared kitchen, a shared garden, and one bathroom with a bath.

Looking for people who are clean and tidy. Would be perfect for young professionals.

About me-

I work for an educational charity, where I teach English in schools in Greater Manchester. I'm also a part-time mature student, studying part-time at the University of Manchester. I also do some volunteering in the cultural/heritage sector.

I'm not much of a party animal and don't tend to drink too much! However, I am always up for drinks at a pub/bar. I also love going for coffee, walks, brunches and to the theatre, galleries, and museums.

I would say that I'm a calm, quiet person to live with. I'm also very tidy/neat and will always clean up after myself.

I love music (70s/80s/90s, Fleetwood Mac, David Bowie, Joni Mitchel, Kate Bush to name a few!), baking, cats, animals, theatre, galleries, Museums etc. I'm a very crafty/arty person and have my own handmade jewellery business (I also love going to the Maker's Markets on the weekend).
