The house is located in a very attractive area in the centre of Chorlton. It is a two minute walk to the Morrisons in Chorlton and a 3 minute walk to the Chorlton Tram Stop, very ideally located for young professionals working in the city centre. Additionally, the house is located just off of Barlow Moor Road which is a bustling high street full of bars, restaurants and cafes

The house has a large kitchen/diner and living room. There is a large garden to the rear of the Property, which is a lovely sun trap in the afternoon.

The house has all basic amenities required, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-drier and microwave. The house has gas central heating and is fully double glazed. Both bathrooms are fitted showers.

Each room is fitted out with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a lock on the room for privacy.
