A double, front facing room available in a friendly six bed Chorlton house share.

The room is a great price for the area and with a friendly local landlord. We know this is a really good rate, so we are looking for the best possible match for our home.

The current household is a mixed group from 29-36 and our little cat friend Pepper!

It is important that we find a friendly, conscious and respectful housemate. We think we have a lovely house, and we all contribute to the general upkeep and maintenance.

We aren’t a party house; we do occasionally socialise together but have our own things going on too.

Our new housemate must be vegetarian or vegan and we are looking for a long-term (minimum 1 year) addition to our house.

We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their presence in the house, cleans up after themselves and is conscious of living with other people. Experience living previous house shares is preferred.

We have a variety of interests, including gardening, climbing, cooking, getting out in nature and keeping fit. We would love to have someone who shares our interests, but we are primarily looking for someone who is chill, respectful and helpful.

Good size double room on the first floor. Fully furnished with wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a double bed & a desk. The window looks out over the front of the house.

The rent includes council tax, water, & TV licence.
Gas, electricity & internet (virgin) is shared between us, it usually works out around £50 per person a month dependent on the time of year.

There are two communal bathrooms and two en-suites, so shower ques are minimal! There’s a nice garden with patio area at the rear of the house that we like to take care. We also like getting some vegetables growing in the spring/summer.

The house is close to centre of Chorlton and all bars/amenities. In between Chorlton and St Werburgh's trams stops with free on street parking.
