Beautiful room in cosy house share in Chorlton :)

I am a 29 year old French-German PhD student at the University of Manchester working on the political economy of cocoa (yes, that’s what you make chocolate with, and yes I do bring samples home from time to time;) in West Africa (Ivoiry Coast in case you happen to be familiar with this part of the world :) I like dancing, running, plants, tennis, nature, good food, adventures of any kind and the sun – I also try to be an optimistic person :D

I am looking for someone who is open-minded, social, respectful, interested in politics, the arts or just the world in general really and would like to collectively make our lovely terrace house into a real home with occasional dinner parties, barbecues, the odd dinner chat and communal explorations of Manchester and surroundings from time to time (I am always down for a nice weekend hike in the peaks - including a pub break ;)

The room is a ground floor double with afternoon light from a big bay window. It has wooden floorboards, a faux fireplace with mantel piece. In terms of furniture, there is a small wardrobe, clothes rack, a small desk and a bench
The house is a min stroll from Beech Rd. Rent is 550 incl. bills. All in all, this is beautiful room, in a beautiful terraced house nestled in the heart of Chorlton.
Our neighbours are lovely and our street boasts a generous WhatsApp support group for all your DIY/street life needs (also basically a tool library on your front doorstep, complete with gardening advice!).
