Hey, we’re Sarah, Ily and Harrison. We hang out regularly and like to cook together at times. We are looking for someone that is sociable, easy going and works hard in the week but likes to have fun on the weekend.
We have a huge cosy lounge and dining room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and new appliances. The available room is unfurnished so you can make it your own.
We also have a lovely garden which gets a lot of sunshine. There’s two bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bath.
Bills are not included in the rent. They’re usually around £100 in winter and £70 in the summer.
