Hello, I’m looking to find two or three people to take two or three rooms in a BEAUTIFUL house. It’s over three floors and has gorgeous parquet floor. There’s massive doors that lead onto a terrace that I’m thinking will be fab for summer evenings! There’s four toilets, a shower room and a bathroom. It’s an old school conversion on Chorlton green (you cannot get a better location!) My friend is trying to get out of her tenancy early hence the 2 or 3 potentially available rooms. We’re both teachers and are looking for two/ three professionals. I want to live with people who will spend time in the communal areas, are laid back and ultimately want to be friends and spend time with us. Equally, I have been in Manchester for a while and have our own pals - you’ll be welcome to join any plans we have. We/I like reading, music, yoga, running, pints, nights in & out and the location of the house is seconds away from Beech Road. We’re both foodies and love cooking, Kit is vegan but she’s not precious about non-vegans. The house is non-furnished so ignore the tree sticker/ kids furniture but we’re planning on kitting it out with free/low cost things from Facebook Marketplace. One of us has a man with a van so he’ll be willing to help. We’d need to move at the latest end of November so it would be ideal if you were around this week to meet and get the ball rolling.
