Description
Hi, I’m Beth, 28, originally from the North East, and I’ve been living in Manchester for nearly 3 years. My current flatmate is moving out in the New Year to go travelling, so I’m looking for someone to move in from around 18th January.
The flat is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from the tram and so close to Beech Road. I’ve been here for 6 months, and my friends have been living here for about 2 years - so it's very much a home. Bills are around £190 per month.
I’m looking for someone to be not just a flatmate, but also a friend.
On weekends I love going out for food and drinks, gigs/events (hidden, white hotel etc), trying something new or hiking (usually in the peaks). I love exploring a new city or country so try and maximise my holidays as much as I can.
During weekdays, I’m usually at the gym after work, cooking dinner, and chilling watching TV, reading, or chatting. I'm also partial to a mid-week pub trip. I’d like to carry on cooking for each other as the kitchen isn’t the biggest and it saves cooking every night of the week.
I’m a process engineer and work in the office 5 days a week, so I’d ideally like to live with someone who has a similar routine.
The flat is unfurnished, but the living room is staying as is. You’ll likely need to bring your own bedroom furniture (bed frame, drawers, etc.), although I can talk to my friend about her mattress if you need one.
Let me know if you’re interested!
