Ideal for someone using public transport; 3 minutes walk from Chorlton Bus Station with 85 and 86 buses to Manchester City Centre, and 23 and 25 buses between Stockport and the Trafford Centre and Flixton. 10 minutes walk from 2 tram stops, Chorlton in zone 2 and Barlow Moor in zone 3. Small side garden. Secure garage storage for a bike. On-street parking on a side road.
Female-only home. Live-in Landlord and one working Lodger, maybe from February also a young person in residence (no-one at present). Ideal for someone looking for a quiet and central place to stay from now for about 2 months, possibly longer but I cannot presently commit to beyond the end of February.
