My current flatmate has manged to purchase his own property this year and is looking to leave his room by the end of the month, so I'm seeking a decent housemate to replace him.
The room is an ensuite with a private bathroom and toilet which is entirely your own. The room itself is big enough for a double bed with plenty of floor space and there is also access to a wide balcony, meaning the room gets plenty of sunlight.
The current tenant will also be leaving behind his bed, which means the cost of essential furnishings are basically zero.
There is also a shared living room and kitchen which is big enough for all your daily needs. I cook quite often and have never found issue with it.
The property is located within Chorlton, just off of Manchester Road. Due to it being very central, local amenities are well within reach and in great abundance. There's a local Tesco about 60 seconds away, and a large Morrison's just 5 minutes away. Beside said Morrison's is a tram stop which can be used for all types of commute, and multiple bus stops in the area. There's pretty much all that you could ever want.
Personally, I'm a 24yr old male who works full time. I enjoy writing, reading, cooking, art and video games. I'm a bit quiet after a day of work but tend to warm up to people fast as long as everything is mutual. Im also cool with people who tend to keep to themselves so long as they're friendly.
The Council Tax is Band A and the room's price includes bills.
Bills: Water, gas, electricity, broadband - works out to around £100 usually.
