Cosy Double in Chorlton house share

We have a lovely double room available in our Chorlton home.

It’s light, spacious and feels nice and homely. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers but there’s a bit of room in the attic to store things if you have your own bits. There’s a big, double-glazed sash window that overlooks our sunny south facing garden.

The house itself has lots of character and quirks and we look after it well so it’s always a nice place to come home to. We share an open plan kitchen / dining room, cosy lounge in the back, one main bathroom and a downstairs loo / utility room.

It’s in a great location. 3-minute walk to Chorlton tram stop and Morrisons and about 5-minutes to Unicorn in the other direction. Close to all the great local bars and restaurants that Chorlton has to offer! There's also on street parking if you need.

You'll be sharing with three other young professional women, aged 31-33, Holly, Rose and Mia. Holly works in marketing and events, Rose is in the arts and Mia in research for a PR agency. We are looking for another professional person (woman/non-binary) of a similar age to us. We’re a sociable house that love to have to natter and chill together at the end of the day, the occasional pint round Chorlton or a walk out on a sunny day.

We’re all lucky to have strong networks in Manchester so enjoy doing our own thing as well. We met through the house and have become great pals, so want to find someone after the same thing.

The rent is £520 a month all in, with a £520 deposit as well. The room is available as our current housemate is moving in with her partner over the Easter weekend, so we’d be looking for the new person to move in from around the 21st April.

It’s for long-term rent, no smoking in the house and no pets. The landlords are friendly and approachable and live nearby so are available if we need them for anything.
