Sadly, our friend is moving out of our home in Chorlton - so we are looking for a new housemate!
The house:
A large, 4 bed townhouse on a quiet side street off Barlow Moor Road, close to the Rudy’s. It’s a 5 minute walk to both Chorlton tram stop and Beech Road.
3 floors, 2 bathrooms and a handy dungeon of a basement for storage. We also have an outside decking space at the back which is host to many summer BBQs and is great to store bikes if needed. Street parking is non-permit and you can usually get a spot.
The room is a large, unfurnished double on the second floor. It’s at the back of the house so it’s really quiet!
The current rent is £512.50 per month and bills come to around £105 (Council Tax Band D).
The agents/landlord are pretty sound and any maintenance has been done quickly.
The move in date will be around 5th May.
Housemates:
You’ll be living with Meg (31), Eleanor (28) and Nikki (29) (the three in the middle of the photo!). We all have pretty busy lives but make time to do things together and would definitely say we’re friends as well as housemates. We’re big fans of cracking open a bottle of wine, cooking up some dinner and catching up on our weeks! We can often be found watching a good (and not so shamefully, trashy) TV series/film, getting creative, exercising, at gigs, or socialising in our spare time.
We’re a clean and tidy household, and while we like a drink (and occasionally many), it’s not a party house.
We’re looking for someone who would like to stay long-term, is like-minded and with a similar lifestyle and interests to us.
