Spare room in South Manchester

My lovely housemate is leaving so I need someone to replace her as I love the flat and don’t want to leave!
The flat is in South Manchester between Withington and Chorlton.
You will have your own bathroom as mine is an ensuite. Rent is £487.50 and with bills it generally comes to around £650.
The flat is fairly small so we will be living in quite close proximity so I would like us to meet before hand to check we’ll get on. I would love to find someone I can be friends with but also like our own space sometimes too.
Im pretty much retired from the party scene but I do like the rare drink. I enjoy finding wholesome activities, travelling, cooking and eating, watching tv and just general chilling stuff hahah.
I work full time (half from home) and spend some weekends at my boyfriends, and sometimes he spends them at mine.
I really like to keep the flat as clean and tidy as possible.
Not available until July 4 at the earliest.
