We're a friendly, sociable household looking for a friendly, clean, and respectful housemate to join Dora and I (Liz). You will have your own double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
Bills (water, gas, electric), council tax, wifi, not included.
The rooms come fully furnished and the landlord lives next door and maintains the plants and hedge at the front.

We have 1 fridge/freezer combo, and another separate freezer space too. The kitchen has: an air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, steamer, gas hob & oven, as well as 2 recycling bins. Double glazed windows throughout the property and plenty of street parking space.

Bills are approximate, split between 3, and are as follows: Water, electric, and gas £50 -£60

A bit about us:
Dora is a 2nd year PhD student at UOM from Yorkshire and Liz is from Staffordshire currently working at the NHS in an admin role. We're both 25 and love music (experimental folk, hyperpop, rock, and metal) and we play instruments too so if you're musically inclined we have a large music room where there's loads of storage for instruments! We have houseplants, and are open to decorating the spaces so that you feel like it's your own space. The garden space has a shed (big enough for bikes) and an old pear tree that we're going to make pear baked goods with. Other interests include : roller skating, reading, painting, crochet & knitting, festivals, gigs, pub outings, nights out, hiking, running, cycling, camping, political demonstrations.
We would ideally be looking for a housemate that will fit into this dynamic. However, we do respect that everyone needs personal space too!
