Lovely room available in Chorlton house

Hey!

We have a beautiful double bedroom available from the 9th of August. The house is just off Beech Road and you have access to lots of shops, cafes, coffee shops, pubs and more. We are also a 10 minute walk to Chorlton Tram stop.

The house is made of 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a shared lounge and 2 bathrooms over 3 floors. The room comes with a bed, desk and wardrobe. You are more than welcome to bring your own furniture also.

You will be living with: Fiona, Matty and Toby who are all young professionals and 29-30.

We are looking for someone who has lived with others before and is considerate and clean!

Bills are not included in the rent and this is usually an additional 100-150 depending of usage. If you drive/own a car, there is access to on-street parking however the street is usually quite busy and unfortunately we don't have a garage
