We are renting out our spare room in chorlton. The house (and room) is fully furnished and there is a second reception room that would be your own space too, to be a chill room or home office. All bills are included in the price.
There’s a decent sized garden and great transport links nearby.
We’re looking for a non smoker who is friendly and is looking for a quiet home. We are both working professionals who enjoy travelling, keeping fit and seeing friends & family.
The room has a king bed and storage, with additional storage in the 3rd bedroom which is a home office (additional wardrobe)
We are also providing the second reception room as your own space to do what you like in terms of sitting room / office, there is a sofa in there — you’re welcome in the main sitting room of course too!
The kitchen and dining space as well as bathroom is shared.
We are looking ideally for someone to stay 4-6 months, but there is a possibility of rolling over the initial 6months.
