Room to rent in Chorlton

Hi everyone! My name’s James and I’m a 27 year old journalist working in Manchester. My flatmate is moving out in the next few weeks so I’m looking for someone to move into our lovely flat in Chorlton. We’ve been here for 2 years and it’s in a great location, about 20 minutes from town on the tram and a short walk to where all the best bars/restaurants are. It’s been confirmed that the rent won’t go up when our contract expires in February so looking for someone to move in for a good few months at least.
