Lovely double room in Chorlton

We are looking for a female housemate to join our lovely home in Chorlton. It is a large double room, located on the first floor of the house. Furnished with bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

You will be living with Lili, Ellie and Jenny, all professionals working in Manchester. We are a sociable household and we like to go out for drinks or food but also like to chill in the evenings and watch TV. We also have wonderful neighbours!

The house is in a really good location with bars and restaurants around the corner and Beech Road within walking distance. There are plenty of accessible transport links nearby, with Firswood and Chorlton tram stops in walking distance and a bus stop nearby.

We are looking for a sociable, tidy and considerate housemate. We do have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks, however, we like to keep the place tidy and clean ourselves. With bills, cleaner and money for communal house products (toilet roll, cleaning bits etc) it’s an additional £80 p/m. Council tax is included in the rent. So you will be paying a total of £580 per month. The contract will be for 12 months.
