Hi! We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely four-bed home just off Beech Road — one of the nicest, most social areas in Chorlton, with great pubs, cafés and a brilliant community vibe.

You'll be living with Toby, Fiona, Jane. Male aged thirty and two females aged 27 and 30. All in full time salaried jobs.

Toby and Fiona they are a couple, we all cook a lot, keep things clean, and the house works well because our timetables are different — so it never feels crowded. 2 bathrooms but only one shower. Sociable but respectful is our style. We all work from Monday - Friday, weekends wind down and chill out.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✨ Male, ideally late 20s to early 30s

✨ In full-time employment (9–5 preferred)

✨ Sociable with an active life outside the house

✨ Clean and tidy in shared areas, take bins out etc

✨ Reliable and responsible with paying bills on time

✨ Easy-going, friendly, and respectful
✨ Comfortable with good communication

About the room & house:
* Rent: £440 per month - pay rent to the agency’s account
* Bills: approx £100 in summer, £150 in winter -we spilt the bills in between us
* Room: second-biggest in the house
* 4-bed house, spacious and comfortable
* Right off Beech Road — unbeatable location
* Friendly, social neighbourhood
* Space in the house to keep a bike if needed.
* there's free car parking on our road and the surrounding roads
