We are a friendly couple, looking for a housemate in Chorlton.

🏡 The House & Room

Situated around a 5min walk from Unicorn Grocery or Chorlton Tram stop, our house is on a quiet residential street within walking distance to a variety of neighbourhood bars, restaurants and amenities.

The room is a bright and spacious double at the back of the house with no street noise.

The house has 1 bathroom and a downstairs toilet, a shared living room, kitchen and breakfast space + a shared dining room.

The house is fully furnished and your room has a desk for working at home.

We have space to park on the driveway and there is free street parking. We have a garden and a boarded loft room + garage for indoor + outdoor storage. Our garage also has a secure bike rack if you need it.

👩 Housemates

We are a young couple. Savannah is a student studying nursing and Jamie is a working professional. We are both very friendly and welcoming. We also have a little cat named Cochinita (she's from Mexico), so please bear that in mind if you'd like to rent the room.

🧾 The Bills

All bills are included, even council tax. We have modern central heating, full fibre internet and we have subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Apple etc. which you are welcome to use.

🕓 When is the room ready

You can move in at the start of February and we are looking for a minimum term of 6 months. No deposit is required.
