We have a room becoming available in our sharehouse in Chorlton on the 18th of January with 6 days free rent if anyone is interested or knows someone looking for a new place.

The house is a 2 minute walk from a tram stop connecting to Manchester City centre and bus stop across the road.

The house is 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms at £362.50pp a month excluding bills which brings the total to around £450pp per month. Bond/deposit (£360) and application fee (£50) required via realestate.

The house is full furnished as you see in the photos and available room comes with bed, bedside table, hanging wardrobe, desk, chair and white shelves.

You will be living with myself (28), Adam (25) and Leo (25), all Aussie.

Ideally looking for another girl to make it 2 and 2. Unfortunately no couples due to limited space.

There will also be another room available end of March. Will also be looking for another female to move into that room. Room comes with bed, bedside table & hanging wardrobe, other items pictured can be sold with room if interested (message me for ££)
