Looking for two housemates

Hello, my name is Jake. My housemate Tom and I are looking for one person to fill one of the rooms in our house. The tenancy starts at the end of February. We need to fill the room asap as one of the new housemates we found dropped out. There is a reference check to do and we will need to sort this asap too. Viewings will be this week and we will lyk before the end of the week.

We’re a very relaxed house and we are looking for someone who is friendly, chilled, is up for the occasional pub trip and hanging out at home but without any pressure to do so either. We both have busy lives and appreciate whoever moves in would probably be the same! We’d love a housemate who treats the place with respect and is happy to help out and keep things running smoothly.
