Looking for two housemates

Hello, my name is Jake. My housemate Tom and I are looking for two people to fill rooms in our house. The tenancy starts at the end of February.

We’re a very relaxed house and we are looking for someone who is friendly, chilled, is up for the occasional pub trip and hanging out at home but without any pressure to do so either. We both have busy lives and appreciate whoever moves in would probably be the same! We’d love a housemate who treats the place with respect and is happy to help out and keep things running smoothly.
