Spacious room to let in Chorlton Flat

Hi!

I’m Siah (28/young professional) and I’m looking for someone to fill a room in our Chorlton flat since my friend is moving away due to a job opportunity!

It’s a lovely unfurnished flat located in the Barlow Moor area (3 mins walk from Barlow Moor tram stop) with a spacious room and living room, shared bathroom, parking on the street, big garden (needs gardening work lol) and a shed to store things in! Shops nearby and short walks to both the centre of Chorlton and Chorlton waterpark.

I’m looking for someone chill, friendly snd social (would be nice to go for a pint or glass of wine together occasionally!). I cherish peace and quiet in the home, obviously not opposed to having guests round, but I’m not looking for someone who would be bringing people back from the pub and making noise super late.

I’m LGBTQ+ so great if you are too or at least cool with that :)

The pics on the listing are just mostly pics from the estate agent or of when we were moving in so you can see the space.

The bedroom will be unfurnished and most of the living room as well since my flat mate is taking most of the things with her including sofa + furniture (currently in the process of sourcing new furniture).
