Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my lovely large furnished bedroom in my former 6 bed house in Chorlton, Manchester.

You will be sharing with 5 other people of mix genders in the LGBTQ+ friendly household. Ages range from 24-26 years.

The house are looking for a similarly aged like minded young professional that is in employment to join.

You will be taking over a fixed term contract with rent of £670 pcm plus bills running until October 1st. The landlord is fully aware and your name will be on the new contract starting from March 6th.

An evening viewing will take place in person on Thursday 19th February.
