Double room in Chorlton

We have two great rooms available in a lovely four bed, semi-detached house just off Beech Road in Chorlton that is available from 16th Feb.

We have a shared lounge, spacious kitchen, bathroom and lovely green garden (thanks to our last flatmates great gardening skills!) which has been perfect in the summer in the sun and the evenings. The first room does not come with the desk in the images so if you do work from home you would need your own.

Being just off Beech Road we live just a few minutes walk away from some of the best pubs, restaurants and cafes in the whole city. For a big shop we're a 10 minute walk from Morrisons and Lidl is 5-10 minutes drive away. Tesco Express and M&S are just behind us which comes in very handy.

Rent will be £450 and bills are not included. The bills would usually get to about £60 each per month and we pay the water bill twice per year.

You would be living with me, Will (29) who has been here for two years, Imogen (26), who joined us in October and Billy who is joining in March. We're looking someone to keep the age range and balance we've had for the last couple of years. Some work from home during the week and some in the office so there is no preference. We enjoy anything from gigs and sports to pottery, painting and gardening. We're really friendly and have a great time living together.
