One female housemate wanted in a 4 bedroom flat on Beech Road in Chorlton. We are looking for a 23-29 year old professional.

The flat is in an highly popular location on Beech Road with lots of great coffee spots and pubs! Chorlton tram stop and Morrisons is also just a short walk away.

The room is fully furnished, with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and both have en-suites. There is also a large kitchen/living room, with sofas and a big TV! You’ll also get your own fridge and freezer space, and cupboard in the kitchen.
Parking is free on the street, and no permits are required.

You’ll be living with two girls (aged 24 and 26) who are super friendly, clean and tidy, and respectful of the shared spaces!

The room is £625/month , and we split bills evenly, which comes to around £100/month.
