Hello! My current flatmate is moving out at the start of September so I am looking for someone to take her room.

Rent is £500 a month and then bills normally come in under £150 a month

There's a shared bathroom, a kitchen/living room, and small balcony at the back.

It's right in the heart of Chorlton (you can see Sedge Lynn from the window).

The flat is partially furnished so the room comes with a bed and a built in wardrobe.

Bit about me:

I'm 28 years old, into music (both playing and listening), cycling and cooking. I enjoy going to the pub and the odd night out.

Would ideally like someone of a similiar vibe!

I'm gay so would also need someone who's LGBT+ friendly
