Two Rooms Available in Chorlton

My two flatmates are moving out at the start of August so looking for someone to take over their tenancies around that time. It's a 3 bedroom flat on the main room into Chorlton, 10 minute walk from the tram stop with a bus stop straight outside the door step, opposite unicorn grocers.

We have a shared living room, one bathroom and shared kitchen, its a nice living space in a quiet-ish area. Professionals prefered for referencing.

The smaller room is 415 the larger room 460 and excluding bills which usually come to around 150 a month.

About me - I've been living in the flat for 2 years now, I'm a 31 year old who loves cinema, LGBT inclusive, want to make a nice chilled space for anyone who moves in!
