A spacious double room is available in a brand new three-bedroom house in Chorlton, Manchester (M21).

All bills are included in the rent, including gas, electricity, water, high-speed broadband and Council Tax.

The room is not fully furnished yet, as we would like to furnish it according to the new tenant’s preferences. We are happy to purchase any essential furniture or items needed for the room.

All furniture and appliances throughout the house are brand new. The property also benefits from a large private garden, excellent off-road parking, a garage, and additional storage space.

The house has three bedrooms. One bedroom is mine, one is available to rent, and the third bedroom is kept as a guest room. The new flatmate will be welcome to use the guest room comfortably whenever they have friends or family staying over.

I live in the house myself and I am the only other occupant. I work full-time and enjoy a clean, quiet and respectful home. I am looking for one clean, tidy and responsible flatmate who will treat the house with respect.
