Two rooms available in central Chorlton flat

Hello!
Two of our current housemates are sadly moving to Aus and we are looking for two friendly, sociable and kind housemates to fill the rooms in our central Chorlton flat. We have so far been 3 girls and 1 boy so we have no preference in terms of gender - all welcome!!
We are two girls who have lived in Manchester since coming here for uni nearly 10 years ago now! I am a primary teacher and my flatmate is doing a masters in business (nearly done!)
The household has got a fun and friendly family vibe - we are hoping that our new housemates will enjoy socialising together outside the house too. We love going out for dinner/cocktails as well as to an event for a boogie. We also love the outdoors - going for picnics, walks in the peaks, camping and festivals! I’m also a keen artist and enjoy anything creative/foodie, whilst my flatmate loves the gym and going for hikes (also a big foodie) - all things we’d love to do with you if you’re into that too!
Both rooms have double beds and storage. One has an en suite while the other shares a bathroom with one other tenant. There is a large kitchen downstairs with plenty of storage and a large living room upstairs.
The flat is by Chorlton Post office/Postbox Shawarma. It has great access to transport links - we are a 3 minute walk from the tram and there are plenty of bus stops nearby. There is no designated parking but myself and current housemates have cars and we have no trouble finding on street parking nearby.
We have two rescue cats so unfortunately we can’t allow any other pets. They are very cute though and would love to meet you!
Our landlord is really responsive and we have a good relationship with him as we’ve been in the flat for 4 years now.
