Double room professional townhouse

Maaike (she is Dutch) is leaving the house after five years. Her double room on first floor (next to bathroom) is becoming available sharing household with Jack, a journalist (33) and Karl (37) who works in NHS. Awaiting room pics from Maaike - will upload in next 24 hours! Karl has en-suite so sharing main bathroom with Jack plus ground floor W. C.

It's a fantastic Chorlton location just a short walk from both St. Werburghs and Barlow Moor Road Metro-Link giving easy access to Salford Quays, Media City, the City Centre and Manchester Airport. It's a super location since you can walk to both Chorlton village and West Didsbury.

The house was fully decorated three years ago. and comes with an A-rated, energy efficient boiler; plus communal (ground floor spotlights) were upgraded to ultra-low voltage energy efficient lighting. There is a new fridge freezer. There has been an attention to detail - including a height adjustable home working desk/dining table in the lounge. Each room also has home working space.

One of the beauties of the location is that it is very peaceful - there is no passing traffic. There is a security motion sensor light - lighting front porch, a rear garden security light plus the house is fully alarmed. Chorlton is known for its parking challenges. Not here. We have a double length private driveway for off-road parking whilst street parking is not an issue; plus south-facing, decked, rear garden. The landlord pays for a gardener and actions any maintenance with his known and trusted handyman the same day it is raised (yes, really) within our house WhatsApp group.
