Delightful room Chorlton Green, 5 nights per week

Hi, this would suit someone looking for superior accommodation in a larger than single room. We are 2 minutes from Beech Road cafes and bars/walks by the river, 10 mins from Metro tram/buses/motorway. We are looking for a female (sorry guys) who is friendly, independent and sorted. You will be living in a gay-friendly household, with 2 females, creatives/environment, plus Percy the cat. The house is spacious, comfortable Eco-friendly 1930's period , in a tree-lined, safe residential area. It has sanded wooden floors, large private rear garden, nice for sunbathing, conservatory, all mod cons and street parking.
£385pm - includes all bills, community charge, super fast broadband/wi-fi, phone, Netflix/AmazonPrime/cable TV, use of living room, kitchen, washer etc, bedding and towels can be supplied.
The room is the smaller of the 3 bedrooms, has 3/4 bed and plenty of storage.
The vibe of the house is peaceful, welcoming and friendly.
It's big enough to do your own thing, but also cosy.
Occasionally we cook together and hang out, or not, as the mood takes....just seems to flow quite naturally.
Party-central we are not, but have been known to have the occasional "do", fire pit in the garden/glass of red, type of thing.
