Lge furnished room for short lets in Chorlton

The house is an Edwardian semi in the in a quiet, safe area in Chorlton. The room is on the first floor overlooking the back garden. It is furnished with a comfortable bed, cupboard, desk and chairs and tv. All linen and towels are provided. There is reliable wifi, The bathroom is next door, shared with 1 other person. On the same floor there's a sitting room/kitchenette with kettle, microwave, sink and minifridge.
On the ground floor there's a kitchen/diner with shared cooking and laundry facilities.
There are great transport links: (the 86 bus route serving the city centre and university runs at the end of the street) the tram (going directly to the airport and into Manchester) is 10 minutes walk away. For those with cars there is plenty of on-road parking opposite the house. Chorlton is famous for its social life with lots of independent shops and bars, all on the doorstep.
Generally prefer short-term lets of up to 6 months, though this is flexible eg for overseas students, people on professional placement or maybe looking for more permanent accommodation.
I do keep cats, so probably would not be suitable for anyone with allergies etc.
I am very used to sharing and so am generally flexible about arrangements.
