Looking for either post-graduates or professional individuals.

The location of the house is close to multiple bus stops, and within walking distance of the main bus station in Chorlton. The house itself is in a quiet cul-de-sac with nice neighbours. There is a driveway to park a maximum of 2 cars, and there is currently 1 on there. However, there is street parking outside of the house.

In regards to the house. There is a large lounge that is fully furnished, complete with a dining table. The kitchen is spacious with plenty of storage space. There are 2 toilets in total, and the bathroom has been completely done up. Both bedrooms are furnished with bed, desk, drawers and wardrobe.
