Looking For Housemates For House In Chorlton

Hi there,

We're two girls looking to move to Chorlton at the start of May and are looking for two others to share the house. We have found one in Chorlton which is really nice-currently three double rooms and a single but there are two roomy reception rooms downstairs so could potentially be four doubles and a single or four doubles and a spare. The rent is 1050 p/m which would work out at 262 p/m each if it was four sharing but if someone wanted the single it would be cheaper for them. We havn't put an offer down yet so hoping to get someone quickly who is interested. If we don't take this we are still looking for one or two others for future houses in the area.

We are both pretty easy going people who like to have fun but also know what living with other people entails in terms of quietness and privacy. Preferably would like people who are clean and who are similarly laid back.
