One lovely, big double room in huge, stunning, shared house (formerly Manchester Buddhist Centre). It's more a home, really! Three large reception rooms. 3 bathrooms. Great kitchen. Large sunny, mature garden with balcony, off road parking, great TV package, cleaner and broadband. £700. All bills included
Sociable and friendly mixed shared house. Room available probably mid October (current tenant waiting for house to come through) The house is beautifully maintained and we all look after it! 8 mins from tram stop. Slap bang in middle of Chorlton.
I am often told this in a unique household (in a good way!) and tenants tend to stay for many years! Preferred age, 30+. We all get on really well and do spend social time together but enjoy our independence too!
