Double room in friendly central Chorlton house

The current household - we are 3 females and 2 males. Happy to have eithermale or female move in.
We are between the ages of 25 and 33 so would like someone in that agae group, someone who shares similar interest such as gigs, art, pub night, TV nights in. we like to make our house a homeand look after it keep it clean and homey. We all have our own scedules but like to socialise with each other.
The house is a large Victorian townhouse, with large lounge and kitchen, deck area to garden. Central Chorlton, 2 minutes from Tram and buses into town, plus bars, cafes, restaurants.

House is fully double glazed with gas central heating throughout. it has 2 new bathrooms . the en suite room which is available is on the gound floor - no 1 in pictures and is fully furnished the rent is 640 and includes the bill package of 145 including broadband. and council tax Band C.
