Newly carpeted, the loft bed means there is space available in the room for a desk, chest of drawers etc, there is a built in closet as well.

Downstairs there is a large living room, separate dining room, off road parking for 2 cars + garage, broadband (wifi) and small patio & garden.

The house is 2 minutes to Chorlton water park, 2 minutes to the parkway, 20 minutes to town and it is in between Chorlton and Didsbury villages (10 mins by bus to either). As stated there is plenty of parking and ideal for anyone working in Stockport, south Manchester and surrounding areas as it's close to the ring road as well.

The existing housemates are both professional, we would prefer either a mature student or professional for this third room.
