We have a large, furnished double bedroom available in a stunning, four-storey Victorian, semi detached house on a quiet road in Chorlton, just a 5 minute walk to the nearest tram and bus stops, and is 15 minutes on the tram to Piccadilly Gardens.

Located near to the centre of Chorlton; Beach Road is a 15 minute walk away and it is just round the corner from the Barbican Deli, Unicorn Supermarket and bars and restaurants.

The house is spacious and includes 2 lounges, a spare room, a large kitchen and has a yard out the back.

The large double bedroom is on the 1st floor and is situated at the back of the house with lots of natural light. It is fully furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers, and plenty of hanging space (rails are built in to an alcove). It is on the same floor as the main large bathroom (shared with 1 other housemate).

There are currently 2 housemates, our most recent housemate has just moved to another part of Manchester. We are both professionals in our thirties looking for a third, likeminded person to share our home with. We are both sociable people whose hobbies include going to gigs, cinema, travelling, cooking, all the usual, nothing out of the ordinary!

We are looking for a working professional over 30 who is tidy, clean and considerate.

The rent does not include bills, which generally come to around £100 per person, per month. £433 deposit to be paid upfront.
