The room has a fully renovated bathroom (photo to follow - old bathroom photo still there) next to it for exclusive use of lodger (other than if I have occasional guests) - which contains walk-in shower, sink, WC, storage and heated towel rail. Note: Bath removed - there is no longer a bath.

The house:

Kitchen: all usual appliances: 5-burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Central heating with a Worcester Bosch combi boiler. Downstairs WC as well as a paved/lawned garden.

All main bills included - one price for the lot: three main utilities, council tax and also BT Infinity wireless broadband - no data limits at all.

Parking: there is a parking space on a sideways double driveway shared with next door - we basically both took our front gardens out. Easier seen IRL than described in words but yes, there's parking.

Newly renovated large paved courtyard style garden (December 2025).

(Added extra: I'm a member of Costco and I buy all of the following communally and they're yours to use as your own: teabags, sugar, washing up liquid, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and toilet paper. It's only a small thing but I hope it helps - you're free to turn any of it down and use your own preferences but to date, nobody has).
