Bright, cosy room available immediately in central Chorlton.

Council tax fully included in rent.

The room is bright and cosy, with views of the Pennines on a clear day and shared use of kitchen and bathrooms (one proper bathroom and an additional spare toilet and wash space) in a relaxed and respectful environment.

The room also has a large wardrobe in an adjoining space (set apart from rest of flat).

We’re a bunch of chilled out professionals who will be found cooking or chatting over a glass of wine in the kitchen. We all do our own thing to some extent but also enjoy hanging out and going for a pint or a quiz night when we’re free.

Other household bills (Electric, gas, water, and internet) come to around £60 a month.

Info about Chorlton

Chorlton has a huge range of restaurants, cafes and bars, and directly on our street (within 1 min walk) we have Nepalese, Italian, Lebanese, Mexican, Tapas, Japanese, plus some really nice bars and cafes (just over the road). Just a few minutes round the corner and you’re on Beech Road and Wilbraham Road.

M&S, Tescos, Co-op, and Morrison’s stores are all within a 6-minute walk. Chorlton has every type of shop you’ll need plus we have a huge vegan supermarket.

Transport links are excellent. The tram can get you into the city centre in 15 mins and has stops all over Manchester. Buses are frequent and the nearest one into the city is 2 mins walk away. If you commute by car the M60 is 10 mins drive away.
