The property is situated on High Lane in Chorlton, just a few minutes walk from the lively Beech Road and the main central hub of shops, coffee houses, bars and restaurants. The tram stop is only a 7 minute walk with good connections to the City Centre, Media City and the airport. The Trafford Centre shopping complex and Chill Factore snowboard/ski park are only a 15 minute drive away.

The property itself comprises of an upstairs kitchen, living room and toilet with corner stairs leading to the ground floor where both bedrooms and a bathroom are situated. Both double rooms have patio doors leading out to a quaint Yarden. There is also off road parking and a shared lockable bike storage. The landlords office is on-site.

Bills amount to just under £200 per month, to include water, gas, electric, council tax (band A), M125 Virgin Fibre broadband and tv license.
