Spacious double room with balcony in friendly household available now in central Chorlton.

The room is quiet, as it sits at the back of the flat and is large enough to make it a lovely living space for yourself.

The room is furnished with a double bed, desk and wardrobe, with shared use of kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms (one proper bathroom and an additional spare toilet) and a relaxed and respectful environment.

We’re a bunch of chilled out professionals that will be found cooking or chatting over a glass of wine in the kitchen. We respect each other’s privacy and we have a friendly little dog, so dog lovers welcome!

Bills included are council tax and gas.

Chorlton hosts a huge number of restaurants and within 1 min walk we have Nepalese, Indian, Italian, Tapas, Japanese plus a couple of lovely bars and cafes. Go further afield and you open yourself up to a plethora of other amazing restaurants and bars catering for everyone’s palette.

The Co-op is 1 min away and Morrison’s is a mere 6 minute walk away. Chorlton has every type of shop you’ll need plus we have a huge vegan supermarket.

Transport links are excellent. The tram can get you into the city centre in 15 mins and has stops all over Manchester. Buses are frequent and the nearest one into the city is 2 mins walk away. If you commute by car the M60 is 10 mins drive away.
