Appliances include - 2 gas hobs Always had 2 matching new large fridge freezers sharing each with just one other person so plenty room for your shopping. Also 2 microwaves, washing mashine, dryer etc. Everything you need including dishes ,cutlery etc supplied. and in clean condition throughout.

There is also a decked courtyard outside at rear of house. with table and chairs etc accessible from kitchen / lounge.

Thermostat gas central heating. lovely and warm throughout the year.

New housemates must be in full time employment. with preferred usual regular Mon-Fri ish hours. Sorry no students or couples or homeworkers

Ideal housemates would be friendly @ happy to clean up after themselves, also be happy for a bit of banter a glass of wine or trip to local bars now and then, but not a crazy partyhouse ! More of a home rather than just a house.

We are close to all bus routes, 2 mins walk to bus stop. 86 takes you into manchester in 15 to 20 mins. Tramline nearby 5 min's walk.

All shops, cafe bars, supermarkets etc, all within couple mins walk.
