We have a spare room, a lovely spacious lounge, an 'arts n crafts' room, a big back garden with BBQ and even a woodfired pizza oven!
You'll be sharing with 3 other loving and friendly housemates:
A breast cancer charity worker, a hairdresser and a yogi.
I am looking for somebody to sublet my room while I am in NZ for 3 months (5th Dec to 4th March). Then another room in the house will become free permanently from March onwards, when one of the other housemates moves to Alaska at the end of Feb.
Rent is £300p/m plus bills
Price can be negotiated for the first 3 months as it is a sublet, so I will keep some of my things in the room and kindly ask you to please water my plants :)
We have plenty of storage space in this massive house (plus a spare room) so if you have loads of stuff it wont be a problem.
