NO FEES Dbl Room with en-suite, corner of Beech Rd

Flatmate wanted, non-smoker, non-ugly (if you get where that reference is from we'll probably get on!)

The flat was newly built two years ago (above the M&S, around the corner of the quote unquote 'fashionable' Beech Rd). It is perfectly located for the tram and motorway access. ALL bills included (including service charge, fibre broadband, netflix, sky, BT and a cleaner)

My current flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend and I need someone to fill his shoes! I'm easy going, quiet during the week (Netflix, the odd quiz night, plenty of brews and the occasional biscuit). I play football in Didsbury and I like the odd drink at the weekend.
