I am looking for a new housemate as my friend and current roomie has bought a house. I am a speech and language therapist working in Manchester. I am often running or at the gym in the evenings and spend a lot of time out and about at the weekend. I like to think I am clean and tidy and easy to live with!

The flat is in a brilliant location in Chorlton, you can walk to Beech road, Chorlton tram stop and all of the restaurants and bars in 5 minutes.

Rent is £400 per month (first rent due 01/03/19). Bills are not included but everything is already set up. The flat is rented by Ryan Baker estate agents (office just across the road) They require £175 agency fees. Minimum tenancy is 6 months and then after that it is a rolling contact month by month.
